Let’s play a quick game called two truths and a lie...

I am going to tell you two statistics that are backed by research (aka TRUE) and one lie (aka FALSE) and you need to guess which one is inaccurate.
Get ready, get set, let’s go!

1 - Less than 5% of adults participate in 30 minutes of physical activity each day
2 - Children spend more than 7.5 hours each day in front of a screen
3 - 33% of high school students play 3+ hours of video/computer games each school day

Oh wait, we forgot our own rules…

All three of the above statistics are unfortunately true, and although we are disappointed with our inability to follow basic instructions with this game, we are even more disheartened by the state of the world!

When did we get so darn lazy?

When was a sedentary life considered the norm?
Why are children playing with mobile devices instead of moving their bodies?
What will it take to get back on track, be fit, and MOVE the way we are meant to?

All we know is that the vibrating abdominal belt that people used to wear around their waist as they sat on the coach is definitely not the answer.

We also know that the shake weight is not going to get you the physical body that you desire.

The reality is that there is a new way to MOVE well based on the latest research and technologies and it is time we share that proven system with you.

What is my MOTIVATION?

I am motivated to share the TRUTH as far too many people are suffering as a result of being misled with scary consequences.
